Increasing access to higher education is a core pillar of poverty alleviation work at a community level and aligns with the ideas shared in Uplift and Empower. To uplift and empower her community, Danielle launched this scholarship fund to support high school seniors. Thanks to the generosity of her support network, the fund has awarded US$11,000 to twenty-two (22) students in Ocala, Florida, since it launched.

The Uplift and Empower Scholarship Fund collaborates with the Public Education Foundation of Marion County (PEFMC) to support students. Following the July 2026 relaunch of the fund, the PEFMC website is being updated with the latest information about this year’s scholarship awards.
